The Bait of Satan Our next small group study begins Tuesday April 13th at 7:00pm. The topic of discussion is "The Bait of Satan", which exposes one of the most deceptive snare Satan uses to get you out of the will of God - OFFENSE. Most people who are ensnared by the bait of Satan don't even realize it.
Listen what others are saying....
"Are you ensnared by bitterness, seized by anger, held captive by resentment because someone has offended you? The small group series shows you how to escape Satan's grip, avoid a victim mentality, practice forgiveness, experience reconciliation, and remain free in Christ."
"As a pastor of over 20 years, I can't recommend this book highly. Most conflict has its root in offenses of one form or another. Bevere here provides a long-overdue resource for Christians who have been sidelined from service due to hurt feelings, bruised egos, unfulfilled expectations, etc. This book is a MUST READ for every church leader, and a MUST BUY for every church library. I've read many Christian books, but I have not found another title that addresses a common root of interpersonal conflict as this one does. I only wish I had read this book sooner."
"This is a book that everyone should read... Seriously! It is about what happens when we take Offense and how Satan will use that against us in our own lives. It sounds intense but if you want some relief in your life and growth, this is a MUST READ! It's teaching me sooooo much and praise God for that!"
"A great book that helps you realize how good Satan really works at bringing us farther away from God. It deals with our thoughts and how to change and overcome them."
"This book was so enlightening, revealing, empowering. It talks about the topic of offense and how to get rid of offenses in one's life to be unoffendable. I didn't realize how many things and people offended me. God really spoke to me very loudly as I allowed God to let the words sink in and as I took action. It was very freeing for me to recognize how I was offended, to seek forgiveness and to extend it."
